Export Car Purchase Process

1) Car Search & Price Quote & Car Order

Please contact us via email or chat with your car request and our team will assign a sales to assist you with your car export needs. Once we find a car that meets your preferences and you agree on the CIF price, please fill out our car order form.  After you fill out the car order form, we will issue a Proforma Invoice and send it to you via email or chat. Thank you for choosing our services.

2) Proforma Invoice & Payment

Upon receiving the Proforma Invoice, please kindly proceed with the payment and send to us the payment receipt to confirm with our Accounting Department.

3) Export Documents

We will then initiate the necessary paperwork for your vehicle, including the Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Ownership (Title), and Commercial Invoice.

4) Export International Shipping

Once the paperwork is completed, we will provide you with a shipment schedule, including the Departure Date and Estimated Arrival to your country.

Additionally, we will furnish you with a Tracking Number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. All original documents will be dispatched to you via FedEx or DHL, and you can expect to receive them within 3 to 5 days.

5) Port of Delivery

Upon the car's arrival at the destination port, it is essential for you to liaise with your local Customs Broker and present them with the original documents we sent via DHL or Fedex in order to retrieve your vehicle.
